You can buy our cheeses at Good Foods Co-op
on Southland Drive and at Wine + Market on West Second Street year
round, and be sure to look for Bleugrass Chevre on the menus of local
restaurants.

For Your Indulgence …
FRESH CHEVRE - The creamy
texture and mild flavor of this spreadable cheese comes in several
flavors: garlic-chive, chipotle, (smoky with a spicy-hot kick) and
cracked black pepper. We also do CHOCOLATE by special order ... It's
pairs beautifully with fresh fruit, but you might prefer to just eat it
with a spoon!
Our festive TORTA is a
hand-shaped fresh chevre round filled with sundried tomatoes, sunflower
seeds and basil, then decorated with fresh herbs or edible flowers.
FETA - If you like this
delectable, salty Greek cheese, you will love our version We
pack ours plain or with basil, garlic and sundried tomatoes. It’s an
adventure in three cultures: Greek, Italian and Bluegrass.
We can also pack feta in olive oil … Just
let us know.
Our Signature Cheese …
BLOOMIN' BLEUGRASS - We
don’t mean to sound “uppity,” but this is the cheese you would
traditionally find at an outdoor French market or at a cheese shop or fromagerie.
And just to assure you, we worked for two years in our
farmhouse kitchen to perfect the flavors of this cheese. With its
bloomy white rind and creamy, yet sliceable texture, you’ll experience
rich but subtle nuances of wild mushroom flavors and early-morning
woodsy aromas If you like blue cheese, this one is “on the way to
blue,” yet more delicate. It’s a perfect addition to a cheese
course, a heavenly topping to a charcoal-grilled steak or fresh
green salad, yet perfectly appropriate for a “Big Blue” tailgate with
crackers or baguette slices.
AND DON'T FORGET ABOUT OUR SOAPS ...
Our goat milk soaps are sixty percent olive
oil, and we promise they are luxurious! We have bars, as well as
designs ... goats, flowers, bees, rabbits and more. We pack them in
organza bags, so they are perfect for gifts. The soaps are $5.00 each
