We are proud to be the first goat dairy and goat cheese plant in Kentucky. We make all of our cheeses by hand
with milk from the goats that live right here on the farm. Our production will be seasonal, following the natural
cycle of our animals That means we will quit milking in December, then start up again in the spring after all
the kids are born and weaned. Look for us at Lexington Farmers Market in April.
